"HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD?"

Isaiah 43:2-3

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.

For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.

There is nothing or anybody greater than God. The Word says that when we walk through the fire we will not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch us. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD? God is so GREAT He sends hope to the hopeless and help to the helpless, He will provide a job for the jobless and turn around and be a friend to the friendless. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD? He is greater than any quandary or predicament or dilemma that we may be facing. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD?

Often times when trials shower down in our lives we start to think, "what is going on," "why is this happening to me." The Bible says that it rains on the just as well as the unjust and if we did not have showers our hearts will remain unclean and not pure. The shower is making you don't allow it to shake you, for you are being made to be most effective in the Kingdom of God. Know that while it is raining God is in the midst. What seems impossible to our natural eye is so possible with God. Stand in the rain, don't be moved by what it appears to look like. When the shower comes embrace and endure, for you shall reap a remarkably large harvest in your growth in God.

STAND STILL AND KNOW, HE IS GOD!

"TRUST, DELIGHT, COMMIT, REST"

Jeremiah 17:7,8
7-Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is in the Lord.
8-For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But her leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

Trusting in God means to rely on Him and have total confidence in Him. When we trust in the One who can do All things and created All things, troubles are followed by triumphs; defeat becomes victory; pain turns into praise and peace; a tarnished heart into a clean heart and a mess into a miracle. God can humble a proud heart and lift up a bowed down head, make a rough path smooth and exalt you in the sight of your enemies. We must not allow our trust and comfort to be in people or things. We must Trust, Delight, Rest, and Commit our everything to the KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS, our ROCK, our SALVATION, our CREATOR!!!! (Read Psalm 37:3-5,7)

TRUST in Him, DELIGHT in Him, COMMIT your way, REST and wait patiently for Him!!!!

"PRAISE YOUR WAY THROUGH"

PSALM 34:1,2
I will bless God every chance I get; my lungs expand with his praise.
I live and breathe God; if things aren't going well, hear this and be happy: (The Message)

Praise-Approbation or admiration expressed; eulogy; honor; gratitude or homage to God, often in song; the object, ground, or reason of praise.

When things are going great, God is good but what happens when the tornado and the hurricane comes? We often times lose our praise, because things get so bad we forget how good God still is. In order to get through you have to praise even when you don't feel like it. Praise will confuse and drive the enemy away. The enemy may be on your job; in your house; sitting on the pew next to you. Let Judah(praise) rest rule and abide in your heart. Allow your lungs to breathe an overflow of unbroken, consistent praise. Pay homage and celebrate the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and you will silence the enemy.

"THEY THAT WAIT"

RUTH 3:18 Then Naomi said, "Wait, my daughter, until you find out what happens. For the man will not rest until the matter is settled today." (NIV)

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (KJV)

I can almost imagine how Ruth felt while she was waiting for Boaz to return with an answer. She had met the man of her dreams, the person that would change her life tremendously. We must trust and wait for God's timing and Perfect plan. In this time of waiting God is pruning, purifying and processing. It is imperative that we allow God's Perfect timing to operate in our lives. We must learn to wait on the Lord and trust His timing and plan for our lives and situations. Waiting at times can be very irritating when we rely on our own strength. Stand still and know that God is All Knowing and has our best interest at heart. Don't allow your waiting process to inflame you for God will sustain you. Cease from personal efforts, be still and let the Lord's time take place. Although it tarry wait on it with faith filled expectation.

In everything we do we must seek our General Contractor(Our Heavenly Father). A strong foundation (God) is most essential . Any house(family, decision, mate) that is being built and does not include God will eventually crumble. In this season fleshly decisions are not an option. When God builds, you will stand when the storms come. If the Lord is not the Head the bottom will most certainly fall out. Allow God to build your house and be the watchman over your city, He is not sleep but awake and always moving.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION, GOD IS BUILDING MY HOUSE. LET HIM BUILD YOURS!!!!

If your finances are funny try being a faithful tither. If you are not a tither then you are a thief. Try Jesus He will make everything alright. Please read Malachi 3:8-12. It will change your life, it has definitely changed mine.

We are living in a season where we must lean and depend totally on God, for there is no other way. Who else but God wakes us in the morning and provides our every need. The scripture says that the Lord will keep you from all evil and He will keep your life. God never leaves or forsakes us. He is our Redeemer, Sustainer, our Fortress, a present Help in the time of trouble. The word keep means to hold; to preserve; to guard; to attend to. Nobody but the All Mighty God, can do All these things and His Love is Perpetual. Today and everyday let us be thankful that God is our keeper and He keeps our going out and coming in.

GOD IS STEADFAST AND UNMOVABLE, LET HIM BE YOUR LEANING POST!!!!
