Micah 7:8 "Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.
Summary
When you fall remember you are never out, God is always there to position you back in place.It doesn't matter how bad it looks, because nothing is to hard for God. There is always light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes you can't always see it. So keep your eyes on the creator and maker of all things and press your way through the tunnel.
