"HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD?"

Isaiah 43:2-3

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.

For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.

There is nothing or anybody greater than God. The Word says that when we walk through the fire we will not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch us. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD? God is so GREAT He sends hope to the hopeless and help to the helpless, He will provide a job for the jobless and turn around and be a friend to the friendless. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD? He is greater than any quandary or predicament or dilemma that we may be facing. HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD?

"SHOWERED BUT NOT SHAKEN"

1 PETER 4:12,13

Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you. 13But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when His glory is revealed. (NIV)

Often times when trials shower down in our lives we start to think, "what is going on," "why is this happening to me." The Bible says that it rains on the just as well as the unjust and if we did not have showers our hearts will remain unclean and not pure. The shower is making you don't allow it to shake you, for you are being made to be most effective in the Kingdom of God. Know that while it is raining God is in the midst. What seems impossible to our natural eye is so possible with God. Stand in the rain, don't be moved by what it appears to look like. When the shower comes embrace and endure, for you shall reap a remarkably large harvest in your growth in God.

STAND STILL AND KNOW, HE IS GOD!

"TRUST, DELIGHT, COMMIT, REST"

Jeremiah 17:7,8
7-Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is in the Lord.
8-For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But her leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

Trusting in God means to rely on Him and have total confidence in Him. When we trust in the One who can do All things and created All things, troubles are followed by triumphs; defeat becomes victory; pain turns into praise and peace; a tarnished heart into a clean heart and a mess into a miracle. God can humble a proud heart and lift up a bowed down head, make a rough path smooth and exalt you in the sight of your enemies. We must not allow our trust and comfort to be in people or things. We must Trust, Delight, Rest, and Commit our everything to the KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS, our ROCK, our SALVATION, our CREATOR!!!! (Read Psalm 37:3-5,7)

TRUST in Him, DELIGHT in Him, COMMIT your way, REST and wait patiently for Him!!!!
